I see a few of the other reviews are complaining about duration of effects, well I say none of that matters to me because it does the job so very well. The effects on my lawn are up to 6 months and that aint bad (in my Jack Nicholson voice, "Mars Attacks!" movie.)I digress, thank you for such a wonderful product, we will keep buying until something better comes along; so keep up the good work!

I live in PA in a wooded area. Moles have been and issue for years but have been getting worse for the last few years. I could no longer take seeing those hills.
I purchased this product and applied as directed. I really didn't see much difference.
We did have odd weather this year with early warm up and lots of rain so I thought I would double apply.
The second time around the moles left. Not sure where they went but they are no longer in my yard.

Your product works very well but I wish it lasted longer. The moles came back after approx. 4 months.

I purchased the 20 lb bag of yard guard. I do not have a large yard, but after reading reviews, it seemed like many users that used the small bag had to buy another bag to get the job done. I applied the Yard Guard. After a week I didnt see any moles. Then later week, I saw a moles hole, no mounds. The next week I spotted another mole hole. No mounds. Since then there are signs of moles in my yard. This is a fantastic product. After using so many other products that didnt get rid of the moles. If you want to rid your yard of moles, BUY YARD GUARD. Thank You. Ed

we have used this product for a few years now for mole problem and it has worked as well as it says on package. We also found out that it also takes care of a tick problem, we could not go into the back yard and not bring in a tick or two with us and it seems to deter the ticks from staying in yard.

I have put down a total 4 applications approximately 1 month apart. Not great success after the 1st,2nd and 3rd applications, although the quantity of mole hills was reduced each time. Shortly after the 4th application all the mole hills were gone and I have not had a mole hill in at least 3 or 4 months. There are plenty of mole hills in my adjacent property (Say 200 ft. away) but "none" on my entire large lawn areas, which is just great.

We had tried everything coming and going to get rid of the moles. Nothing really worked. A friend suggested Yard Gard. We purchased the small container first to see it would work. It did on our test area. So now every six months we get the 40 pound bag and treat the yard. We have pets, so its been the best possible solution. Thank you!

Since my last post, it has rained "very heavy" along the Oregon Coast (Like for over 3 weeks, every day and most of the day) and I'm sure the rain (something like over 10") has greatly reduced the Mole Repellant concentration. The Mole Hills have just returned in spades. I have just put down the 2 back-up bags that I bought(which is double the recommended)and we will see if any new Hills appear and the ones that I knocked down stay down. When it works, I think it is still one of the good ways to Control Yard Moles.

I have put down 2 applications of Yard Gard Mole Repellant about 30 days apart and it has drastically reduced the number of Mole Hills in my yard. It has worked better than any other means that I have previously tried like: Traps; Smoke Bombs; In-Ground Battery Operated Vibrators. I have just ordered enough for 2 more applications. It rains a lot on the Coast in Oregon, so I'm trying to keep the Yard Gard concentration up. It is worth the $ to me.
